Refunds and Returns Policy
We want you to feel confident and comfortable when choosing Palesa Pads. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to request a return within 60 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
Because Palesa Pads are intimate personal-care products, we are only able to accept returns of items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. This ensures that every product we provide meets the highest standards of hygiene and safety. There are no restocking fees.
How to Return Your Item
Option 1: Drop-Off

Option 2: Courier Collection
We can arrange a courier collection at a flat rate of R100, which will be deducted from your refund or invoiced before collection.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days.
Refunds are issued via EFT only. Please provide your bank account details so we can process the refund.
We are not able to refund to card payments or issue cash refunds.
Manufacturing Defects
If you believe your product may be faulty or defective, please contact us at info@palesapads.com.
Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photographs if possible.
If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, we will replace or refund the product, even if it has been used. Each case is reviewed with care and fairness.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your product for a different size or item (and it is unused and in its original packaging), please contact us and we will assist based on stock availability.
